Bot Power AI provides chatbot services based on the knowledge provided by our clients and Open AI. We shall not be held accountable for any unlawful or unethical outputs generated by our chatbots as you as the client accept that response is generated by the information provided by yourself or your business alongside supporting information from Open AI. Therefore, it is the client’s responsibility to also review Open AI’s terms and conditions.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the information and guidance provided to Bot Power AI for chatbot training are lawful, ethical, and comply with all applicable regulations. Bot Power AI assumes no responsibility for the content or inputs provided by clients.

4. Reliability and Accuracy

While we prioritise chatbot reliability, clients acknowledge that the accuracy of responses is influenced by the quality and relevance of the training data provided. Bot Power AI endeavours to deliver quick and accurate responses, but variations may occur based on the input data.

5. Seamless Integration

Integrating our chatbots into your website is designed to be effortless. However, clients are responsible for testing and approving the chatbot's functionality before integration. Bot Power AI is not liable for any disruptions or issues arising from integration that are beyond our control after client approval.

6. Customisation and Brand Image

Clients can customise the look, feel, and voice of chatbots. However, any content or branding choices made by clients are their responsibility. Bot Power AI is not liable for any consequences arising from client customisation. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review and approve the chatbot's appearance and behaviour before integration.

7. Business Efficiency and Operations

Clients agree that the automation of tasks and streamlining of operations using Bot Power AI's services may vary in effectiveness based on the specific business processes and requirements. We reserve the right to freely use any information provided by customers. We are not responsible for any operational issues arising from the use of our services.

8. Support and Availability

Bot Power AI aims to provide 24/7 support to enhance user experience. However, clients acknowledge that system maintenance and unforeseen circumstances may affect service availability. We strive to minimise disruptions but are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused. Clients are encouraged to communicate any issues promptly for resolution.

9. Stay Competitive

Bot Power AI encourages clients to stay competitive by leveraging AI-powered solutions. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or success. Clients are responsible for adapting our solutions to the evolving needs of their audience.

10. Testing and Approval

Clients are responsible for thoroughly testing and approving any chatbot created by Bot Power AI before integration into their website. Approval implies that the client has reviewed and confirmed the chatbot's functionality, behaviour and appropriateness for their business.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bot Power AI be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services. These legal terms will remain in full force and effect while you use the services provided by Bot Power AI.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute and come to a resolution. If Bot Power AI is to be held accountable for the dispute and it is deemed a refund is necessary, then a refund can be claimed for the last month of service.

13. Disclaimer of Accuracy

We are not to be held accountable for the accuracy of responses. By reading this, you agree that any use of our services is at your own risk.

14. Unauthorized Access

Any unauthorized access or use of our services may result in legal action or financial settlements.

15. Modifications to Terms

Bot Power AI reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms.
