1.What information do we collect?
In order to create a chatbot for your business, an account must be created by Bot Power AI for yourself and any necessary employees of your business. This will require basic personal information such as a name, number and email address. To then create the chatbot Bot Power AI requires a knowledge base which will either be sent via yourself or your business as the customer, or we at Bot Power AI will source this information from your business page upon consent.
The chatbots we offer also have the capability to gather information however this is done via Tap The Table LLC features and the information is stored by your third party of choice. Therefore, it is important that you review and agree to the relevant privacy policy depending on the desired features you intend your chatbot to have.
2. Platform Overview
Bot Power AI utilizes the chatbot creation platform provided by Tap The Table LLC. Users must refer to and agree with Tap The Table LLC's privacy policy for comprehensive details regarding data handling and security as any data collected by Bot Power AI is submitted to Tap The Table LLC in order to create any chatbots. This therefore makes it their responsibility to safe guard data once submitted by Bot Power AI.
3. Third-Party Services
Our chatbots may require access to accounts such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Calendar, Telegram, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Outlook in order to create a high performance chatbot. Users should consult the respective privacy policies of these platforms to understand how their data is handled.
4. Data transfers
Our data is hosted in the UK. Where third party processors transfer personal data outside of the UK, we will ensure there are adequate safeguards in place as required by applicable law.
5. Handling payments
Unless otherwise specified, Bot Power AI processes any payments by credit card, bank transfer or other means via external payment service providers. In general and unless where otherwise stated, users are requested to provide their payment details and personal information directly to such payment service providers. Bot Power AI isn't involved in the collection and processing of such information: instead, it will only receive a notification by the relevant payment service provider as to whether payment has been successfully completed.
At Bot Power AI we use the external provider Stripe (Stripe Technology Europe Ltd) to process all payments and subscriptions.

We build chatbots around the information provided by our customers, ranging from general knowledge to access to their websites. This information is input into Tap The Table LLC's chatbot generator, enabling the creation of chatbots for websites, WhatsApp chats, Facebook pages or Telegram groups.
